There were many reviews on the job board, so I was a little nervous and worried when I was notified about the interview.

However, this interview experience was truly excellent, and I could feel how much Ogilvy values its talent.

I interviewed for an assistant position this time. Less than half an hour after submitting my application,

I was contacted by HR, and they called the next day to arrange the interview.

The morning after the day of the interview, I received notification of a second interview.

The second interview was conducted by two HR representatives and one department manager.

The interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed atmosphere as well as professional discussions,

which was a pleasant surprise for me, as I had expected a large company to feel distant.

The subsequent notifications also came very quickly, and there was even a feedback questionnaire asking about the interviewee’s experience.

Overall, the entire process was very comfortable.

Although I ultimately did not join the company,

regardless of what everyone’s past experiences may have been, I feel that Ogilvy has been gradually taking feedback into account and making changes,

so I still hope that anyone passionate about advertising will consider applying~
