You can learn a lot. Basically, after leaving, you can quickly get up to speed at other firms.
You will usually take over the undesirable work left by your predecessors.
Because the company is small, the clients it serves are varied, and the division of responsibilities among employees is unclear.
The training is not very good. Basically, you have to learn the field by figuring things out yourself for each different case.
Because the company prefers hiring people without experience, the starting salary is not high, and you should not expect significant salary increases or a year-end bonus (less than one month’s salary).
The turnover rate is high, so work is easily piled onto you.
The pay does not match the work involved, and overtime is compensated with time off in lieu—which you also will not have time to take.
