1. One person is expected to do the work of several people, so you can learn things quickly. It is difficult to rely on others for many tasks, which can help you develop an extremely strong ability to handle work.
2. Many areas inside the plant are air-conditioned, so it does not get unbearably hot in the summer.

Each department is more arrogant than the next. When the workday ends, everyone leaves on time, and absolutely no one stays behind to help you. Even the metrology engineer leaves without waiting for you to finish preparing the samples, so the next day you have to prepare yourself to be scolded. Human Resources is completely out of touch with the situation: when staff need to be added, they cannot recruit anyone and do not investigate problems with the salary structure, instead blaming young people for being “strawberries”...... The whole company seems to think that only the general manager is a good person who wants to cultivate talent, while the other departments can only suppress people. To stay for a long time, you really need strong abilities, good stress tolerance, and a strong ability to flatter your superiors. However, ability and salary are not proportional. Raises are difficult, so it is better to ask for a higher starting salary—around 35K or more.
