I recently interviewed at this company for a Software Project Management / Project Planning position. The interviewing manager was very talkative, and even when discussing more complex aspects of the job, such as the Wireframe and PRD processes, their professionalism came through clearly in a lively and engaging conversation. The office was spacious and looked nice, and both the manager and colleagues seemed easy to get along with. Although working in this atmosphere would involve dealing with many project SOPs, which could feel quite discouraging, communication should probably not be a major issue because the manager appears to really understand this field—and we could also talk about lots of games.
The office building is a bit old. When I walked over from the MRT station, I thought I had entered a building from my parents' era; it has a very dated feel. As for lunch, there don't seem to be many reasonably priced snack shops nearby—mostly hot pot restaurants, which are too expensive. It would be better if the company could provide a rice steamer or microwave so employees on a tight budget could save money with peace of mind.
