The female boss does things entirely according to her mood.

When an employee forgot to log out of the company laptop, she directly snooped through the employee’s LINE messages.

Everyone has to work overtime until 9 or 10 p.m. every day, regardless of what time you clock out.

Even when there is not enough staff, they do not hire additional employees.

The boss and her husband emotionally blackmail and threaten employees.

Later, I also discovered that they hired two people under the same job title, but because they graduated from different schools, the boss paid the person who graduated from National Taiwan University more. Her preference for highly educated people and obvious favoritism were disgusting; the other person also had more years of work experience.

Everything has to be designed by the employees themselves. She comes up with terrible ideas and changes things randomly, causing the designers to be reprimanded by clients. She also constantly pressures the designers to take on extra work or do unrelated personal errands.

There is serious infighting among employees. In short, it is a terrible company that has not gone under yet; there is no need to apply.
