Colleagues get along well

Cons
Some supervisors speak very rudely
Poor communication between management and employees
Overtime pay/year-end bonuses are calculated based on the basic salary (not the full salary)
Overtime policies do not fully comply with the Labor Standards Act
The laboratory environment is relatively small
Salary increases are small and slow (or there may be no increase at all)
