1. The senior management is narrow-minded, self-important, and out of touch, like they’re elementary school students in meetings.
2. Extremely stingy. Year-end bonuses take your overtime pay for the entire year into account—if you report a lot of overtime, it gets deducted from your year-end bonus.
3. Year-end bonuses are not based on performance; they depend on whether you have connections with senior management.
4. The work environment is extremely poor: cramped spaces, solvents everywhere, and electrical wires like a spiderweb.
5. A family business with no systems—the boss has the final say, and all you can do is tell them how great they are.
6. All they do every day is complain and berate people, often using profanity. If they’re unhappy, they slam the table—clearly, they have no idea what self-restraint means.
7. They explicitly indicate that overtime applications are not allowed, with a rule requiring employees to clock out before 5:30 p.m.
