It’s very easy to coast here. Do whatever you want for your own amusement; if anyone asks, just give the standard three-no-one answer: can’t do it, don’t want to do it, and won’t do it—there’s nothing at all. It’s perfect for a trashy retirement home: a collection of deadbeats, all coasting and having fun together.

Cons

A textbook bottom-tier contract manufacturing plant. Departments have no clear division of authority, and everyone does their own thing. The people at the top are just a bunch of brokers. The company’s management only talks about managing things; in reality, they have no idea how to manage. Staying here too long will completely destroy your values and turn you into an incompetent idiot. There’s a pile of illogical, absurd ways of doing things, treating right as wrong and wrong as right. Anyone capable or wanting to grow should absolutely not join—this is definitely a step backward, going from university back to kindergarten level. On the other hand, if you want to coast and retire in place, hurry up and join—it’s incredibly comfortable and easy. Once you’re in, you can just drool all day. Pay is average, neither particularly high nor particularly low (compared with small and medium-sized companies).

The company has no rules or systems; everything is decided by force. Communication between departments relies on bullying and acting like thugs. Whoever is more aggressive and has the bigger fists wins. Threatening to bring in outsiders to handle things is normal. Management also routinely smooths things over and avoids trouble instead of dealing with it; they pat everyone on the head and let the matter disappear without a trace. This company is unbelievably rotten. To survive here, you really have to be a thug and a deadbeat.
