Pros
The work environment is not bad.
Cons
The boss and upper management are constantly berating and scolding people all day long.
They have very, very poor emotional management.
They yell and scream, and it’s very noisy.
Overtime is the norm!!
Work messages keep coming after work and on days off.
And you’re not allowed not to reply～～
Anyone thinking of joining really needs to think twice!
