The regular workload is not too heavy, and basically there is no overtime.
The managers and colleagues are all very nice; there are no situations involving arbitrary verbal abuse or harsh criticism.
For overseas assignments, there are two days off per week, as well as leave to return to Taiwan, which is more conscientious than many Taiwanese companies operating in China.
The company basically has no business left in Taiwan and is focused on China and Vietnam, but it does not provide labor and health insurance for overseas assignments, nor does it provide local labor insurance.
The salary is low for an overseas assignment, and the allowances and benefits are also limited. If overtime is needed, there is no overtime pay or compensatory leave.
