There’s too much~ Let me take a deep breath first......
❶ All that glitters is not gold (the office space is like this; the company’s operating condition is the same).
Things are no longer what they used to be. The company no longer has any decent artists to manage (don’t mention Lin Chi-ling, Sui Tang, Tiffany Hsu, Patty Chen... those are all painful history; they and Catwalk are no longer in contact, until death do them part....). Senior management always says, “Catwalk is a tall, big, and high-end brand,” using this to suppress new employees who were foolishly deceived into joining and wanted to innovate and make changes. Yet, from top to bottom, they are all helpless fools!!!
❷ From the general manager to the minor staff, anyone can arbitrarily “shout loudly at people.”
It is recommended that you wear earplugs at work so your ears are less likely to suffer occupational damage. The so-called senior executives (the founding veterans from back then) lose their tempers at the slightest thing, glaring and blowing their tops; both their appearance and voices are quite frightening!
❸ Low-paid people are pitiful; high-paid people are in danger.
Agents are generally between 30 and 50 years old, and their salaries are unbelievably low! When asked why they don’t resign, they can only put on a bitter expression and say: “I can only do this.....” Truly a traditional industry! Newly recruited, god-tier employees easily “resign of their own accord” in a short time; or, because the company cannot sustain their high salaries for long, they are “asked to leave.” In short, high-paid people never stay long!
