Most colleagues have pets, so everyone shares a common interest, and coworkers are more likely to chat about their dogs and cats. Conversations aren’t all complaints about the company. It’s certainly not like my previous company, where we had to put away our phones and bags just to enter the office—let alone bring pets.

It’s best to bring your own lunch. You have to walk a bit to get something to eat downstairs.
