I’ve been working in project planning for five years. I thought I’d step outside my comfort zone while I’m still under thirty, so I applied to this company, hoping to gain more exposure to platform development and software testing. I had my interview last week and wanted to share some of the interview questions for everyone’s reference~
(1) Experience related to project planning
(2) Familiarity with project management software, such as Trello or MS PROJECT
(3) Experience communicating and coordinating across departments, such as between internal units or with external vendors
(4) Goals and plans for project management within the company
(5) Expectations or outlook regarding the company
These are a few questions I remember~ For most of them, you can explain by giving examples of projects you handled or achievements you accomplished over the past five years. I felt the interview went quite smoothly and wasn’t too difficult. The interviewer also mentioned that work here is flexible, with employees independently tracking their own work progress. There are also often company dinners or birthday parties, which I personally think is nice.
What I find relatively inconvenient is that there are no assigned parking spaces here, and it’s also difficult to find parking near the company. For someone like me who rides a motorcycle to work every day, it’s a bit inconvenient.
