Pros

The interview was fairly simple, but they negotiate down your expected salary on the spot—possibly because the boss personally likes to bargain.

Many aspects can be viewed from another perspective; they are advantages.

Overtime is very common, and there is no overtime pay (the company provides an opportunity to grow together, so it is worth it even without pay).

A monthly meeting is held on Saturdays (a motivating growth opportunity, of course using employees’ extra time).

The boss’s training sessions are always held after work (not much explanation needed for a growth opportunity).

Cons

The salary is below the market rate, possibly because the boss always subjectively assesses so-called value. In reality, he is simply quite stingy—but of course, willing applicants can take the bait.

The boss used to work in direct sales, so he often likes to give speeches to motivate (brainwash) employees—a double-edged sword.

There is no overtime pay (as many people probably know). There is no need to rationalize or criticize employees; there simply isn’t any.

When discussing salary, they say it will be increased after the probationary period, but usually it is not. The boss subjectively believes that employees have not demonstrated enough.

The work environment feels highly pressurized and closely monitored. Employees have to submit daily reports, and some colleagues consider writing the daily report the most important and fulfilling thing they do all day, which makes it feel somewhat like the priorities are backwards.

Later, I encountered a situation where the company said operations were not doing well and even asked employees to take a pay cut (we’re all in this together, right?).

Just write a little; people who can’t stand to see negative reviews and give positive ones—if you really worked there, do you have Stockholm syndrome?
