Stable work (very clearly divided responsibilities), leaving work on time, quarterly bonuses, year-end bonus, monthly compensation for unused leave, friendly colleagues, convenient location (less than five minutes from the MRT station)
No fixed salary increases; I heard adjustments are based on the consumer price index
The overall environment and equipment are somewhat old, and it is an open-plan space (the company has been established for quite some time, so it should be quite stable)
Eating in Taipei is not cheap; it is recommended to bring your own lunch. The company has a microwave and a rice steamer available
