It is a relatively stable company for the industry.
1. Company benefits are reduced year by year.
2. In some departments, job responsibilities and internal processes undergo major changes once a year (you can only accept them).
3. You may be required to work overtime, and sometimes even be unable to take a lunch break and instead have to work during that time, but there is no compensatory leave, no shift rotation, and no overtime pay (in violation of the Labor Standards Act).
4. On the surface, the company appears open-minded and says that everyone can voice their opinions, but in reality, speaking up will get you in serious trouble (at least, this is the case in quite a few departments).
