Engineering work is divided into design (office-based) and construction site supervision (field-based, with higher pay). One month’s year-end bonus; opportunities to gain engineering experience, understand design drawings, monitor project progress, and learn about mechanical equipment structures.
If you work overtime, you can only report it as compensatory leave. If you do not use it within the quarter, it is converted into money (hourly wage × 1). Salary increases are slow.
