The interview was very enthusiastic and they asked me to start work immediately. However, the downside is the lack of future prospects—it’s basically a modern palace drama. This company is a total disaster~ The turnover rate is extremely high! Think twice before joining.
The HR manager has a terrible temper and curses at people at the drop of a hat—even when nothing has happened. The work atmosphere in the sales department is poor, and the internal infighting is severe. It would be one thing if the training methods were inconsistent, but they even deliberately withhold information when training newcomers. When new employees do not understand something and ask questions, the manager either refuses to let them ask or simply tells them to go back and find the answers themselves. As a result, when newcomers try to handle business on their own and make mistakes, those mistakes are magnified and scrutinized, and they are publicly reprimanded.
At work, you are not allowed to have your own ideas. You must carry out your duties according to each manager’s preferred way of teaching, and they can find fault with you no matter what you do.
This company was initially very enthusiastic about inviting me to an interview. Later, when I was nearing the end of my three-month probationary period, my manager simply decided she did not like me. Even though I had made no mistakes, caused no losses to the company, and worked very hard while helping share the workload, she asked me to resign voluntarily. Her reason was: “You may think you are very suitable for this job, but I feel that you are not suitable for it”! As long as she does not like you, she will do everything she can to get rid of you. No matter how much this company claims to be good, I do not believe it~ If you are going to interview there, think twice!
