No pros
I dreamed of it—the company interview was truly great. Before going in, you have to take a written test.
Even for a business-related position, it’s great that you still have to answer a bunch of conceptual questions and do mathematical calculations.
A company that large, with so many different positions, still uses the same test paper for everyone.
Why would someone applying for a business position need to be tested on these concepts? I have no idea.
After spending time taking the test, you have to make another trip there. Truly great—you can’t even interview right away.
Shouldn’t a business position involve questions related to sales and business?
Speechless. By the end, I was just filling in answers at random.
The company is great too: even though it was unbearably hot, they didn’t turn on a fan. It was stuffy there for almost two hours.
This is really the kind of company you can work for.
