1. The finance and HR manager who conducted the interview was serious and responsible, willing to listen to anything you had to say and respond to your answers. Very polite, an exceptionally competent manager.

2. The office environment is okay; the factory is so-so.

3. Unlimited drinking water (I can’t think of anything else).

The manager is impatient, has a poor attitude and tone, and does not teach well or completely. They also have not handled the work themselves, yet expect you to get up to speed immediately. The honeymoon period is probably only about four days. They believe that doing the right things is the most important (which is understandable), but will constantly dump many tasks on you. You need to demand a certain speed from yourself in digesting information. This position probably requires someone capable, sharp, and skilled at managing with high emotional intelligence in order to succeed; otherwise, they will “entertain” you with engineering language.

There are safety concerns at the public factory when entering and exiting, but as long as you are not afraid, it is basically fine, because everything is operated by experienced workers—it is just a matter of probability.

The company basically has only a few people who are relatively easy to get along with; do not expect too much from the others. Just do your own job. If you expect people to care about you, forget it—self-reliance and striving on your own are the most important.
