High base salary, work two days and rest two days, plenty of break time
Mealtimes are irregular. The work requires coordinating with partners. There are a lot of rules, and the mental pressure is high.
To put it nicely, it is an outsourced contractor for TSMC.
To put it less nicely, it is Marketech's own labor dispatch company.
It claims TSMC wages of NT$70,000 per person but only pays employees NT$37,000 (including the NT$5,000 TSMC allowance, meals, and shift work).
The company pockets the rest.
You can only reach NT$50,000–60,000 if you work overtime for the client four days a month.
