To put it less nicely, it is Marketech's own labor dispatch company.

It claims TSMC wages of NT$70,000 per person but only pays employees NT$37,000 (including the NT$5,000 TSMC allowance, meals, and shift work).

The company pockets the rest.

You can only reach NT$50,000–60,000 if you work overtime for the client four days a month.
