The work is diverse, the office is home-like, colleagues are fairly helpful toward one another, snacks are occasionally shared, the boss is attractive and generous, and parking is reasonably convenient.
The company has little in the way of benefits (which is normal for a growing company), and you need to join multiple Line groups (including some for direct contact with private accounts).
Once you get up to speed, you have to take turns working overtime from home on holidays. There are more miscellaneous tasks than actual work, and occasional “business trips” are almost always announced at the last minute. Sometimes you may also need to go out to buy things…
The key point is that the boss has extremely poor EQ. In addition to having a high tolerance for stress, you also need to be on the boss’s good side in order to stay for long.
