Just wants to use small comforts to keep employees tied down.
※ A word of advice to anyone considering joining: Don’t focus only on the present. Think about what skills you’ll need to make money 10 years from now. ※
1. The turnover rate is extremely high; someone leaves roughly every year.
2. People with genuine work experience would not choose this place, because there is no room for development here.
3. Incompetent leaders wear out the entire team.
4. In addition to the usual working hours, you also have to accommodate the boss’s schedule, so the hours are extremely long.
5. If you want to learn marketing, remember not to come here—go to a proper advertising agency.
6. Never try to out-logic the boss; just agree with whatever they say. (At least you’ll be happy that way.)
7. The company’s organizational ability is extremely poor, and there is no relevant talent. (Even if there were, they wouldn’t come here.)
8. The boss especially likes hiring odd people, so congratulations to anyone who wasn’t hired—you’re at least definitely competitive enough at other companies.
