1. Performance targets are impossible to reach, creating immense pressure and endless cycles of meetings and reviews.
2. The owner and managers have no management or business skills. They only pressure subordinates to produce results, without having any methods themselves; they use aggressive questioning to leave employees unable to respond, then come in to cover up, evade, and shift responsibility.
3. They require sales staff to collect full payment from customers upfront but do not deliver the goods, breaking their trust. In the end, the sales staff are the ones who get harshly berated by the customers.
4. The company has an extremely high turnover rate. The most senior employees have been there for only a little over a year; everyone else has been there for less than six months.
