By Changhua standards, it is considered a large company, and the company’s exterior also looks nice.
1. The senior management are all related to one another, and they are unbelievably unintelligent.
2. You also have to clean the common areas and pull weeds for 30 minutes every day, and arrive 20 minutes early for the morning meeting.
3. The pay is very low, and there is no room for advancement.
4. The boss has no consideration for employees, is self-righteous, and has outdated ideas.
5. Employees are required to work 2–3 hours of overtime every day, but cannot apply for overtime pay; the system is only there for show.
