Temporary workers and young foreign brides are suitable, but those without connections who obediently cooperate with night shifts should not come, because the morning shifts already have regular staff, and night shifts are not available often. Once the night shift is over, there is no work, and you should be prepared to be kicked around arbitrarily.
A family business. Because a supervisor married a Vietnamese bride, Taiwanese employees are treated very poorly unless they have connections. Only those in their twenties have opportunities for overtime. Otherwise, after cooperating with a night shift, you will either be given a day off, transferred elsewhere, or assigned to returns processing. Those who do not cooperate with night shifts continue earning overtime on the production line as usual. Returns processing is subject to efficiency requirements; if your efficiency is insufficient, paid leave or overtime may be deducted. In some cases, someone had six hours deducted from a day's overtime, meaning only two hours of work were counted for that day. Permanent employees are often given days off while temporary workers are assigned 12-hour shifts. Since the work involves food, there are many strict requirements, and money is deducted at the slightest issue. Anyone considering joining should think carefully.
