There are no major issues with the nature of the work.
The company is located in an industrial park,
and parking is inconvenient. The parking spaces provided do not meet demand.
If you are particular about the environment, this company is not recommended.
The main issue is that there is an irresponsible colleague in a certain department.
They often shirk the duties they should be responsible for and make others share the workload, but do not personally help complete it.
Although this colleague should have been able to complete tasks one or two weeks in advance,
they keep putting them off and only inform others on the final day that the task is due that day.
This colleague makes no contribution to the department, yet likes to take credit wherever possible and arrogantly believes they have the right to order people who are not their subordinates to do things (and this colleague is not a manager).
I believe this colleague is the biggest obstacle to the department’s progress.
If you lack challenging opportunities to interact with others,
you can give it a try.
