Working overtime every day
The work environment is extremely unsophisticated
There is no professionalism whatsoever
Private and public spheres are mixed together
Clothes hung out by the owner's family are visible everywhere, filling the office
as are the owner's children's toys
The working conditions are extremely poor
Perfect attendance is counted as a benefit
Employees must arrange their own lunch and dinner; the company does not provide them
There is a one-hour lunch break, with overtime depending on the circumstances
Although the position is advertised as a drafting staff role, in reality it also requires working as an NC programmer
The salary is capped at NT$35,000 (one salary for two positions)
If you are short of money, you can come and try the interview
Because this position requires overseas assignments after the Lunar New Year
Only being assigned as a Taiwan-based employee qualifies for a position allowance
Otherwise, in Taiwan, you would be paid the same salary while handling two positions
The salary ceiling is only NT$35,000
and lunch is not included
