The environment is okay.

The interview takes too long. It’s just a part-time telephone interviewer position, yet you have to watch a video and conduct a one-hour trial interview that same day, for which you’ll be paid. There is also a test that day; if you make too many mistakes, you won’t be hired. After being hired, there is an additional three-day observation period, and if you make too many mistakes, you cannot continue working part-time. All wages are paid in cash.
