Close to Shilin Night Market
There’s a beef noodle restaurant nearby that’s really delicious!
Unless you’re a sales genius and the No. 1 salesperson, don’t waste your time.
We all know that performance is very important to salespeople, but how much time do you give people to learn? Two days.
You cram a bunch of specialized knowledge into each day and call it enough. There are lots of product specifications and data to memorize, and then we also have to listen to you lecture us and talk about how amazing you used to be.
You should also revise your understanding of salespeople. Not every salesperson has to be good at warming up conversations and be extremely outgoing with colleagues—what a joke.
You’d better be a sales genius before joining this company. On the first day, you explain some administrative matters and the contract; on the second and third days, we learn the relevant knowledge; by the fourth day, we’re expected to start making sales calls. Then, when we come back, you keep asking whether we’ve generated any results, day after day. I’m still not even fully accurate about things like the products and competitors, and no one has trained or accompanied me, yet you keep demanding results. If I were really that amazing, why would I come work for your company? I’d just start my own business. I advise everyone not to come here!
