After a major change in the company's senior management, engineers' salaries increased significantly.
The systems have also improved considerably.
Finally, there are no longer all sorts of frustrating situations, such as having self-initiated salary increases rejected for two consecutive quarters.
The atmosphere among colleagues is very good.
Apart from the Engineering department, where the arrival of two new managers has led to significant improvements, the other departments do not appear to have improved noticeably. It feels like the company does not handle initiatives in a coordinated, organization-wide manner.
