You can test your design skills in a short amount of time, and you’ll never have a dull moment!
The company operates out of a residence. There is space to park scooters, but the supervisors are the boss and the boss’s wife, and the bosses live upstairs.
Most importantly: For designs such as year-end banquet events, the boss’s wife’s opinions are very subjective..... not very objective.
Projects are developed with clients by the planning team, but since they are not designers, they may arbitrarily set tight deadlines, among other issues. There may also be multiple planners assigned to one designer. You have to assess your own design ability and available time; otherwise, you’ll have no time to rest—you may not even have time to eat lunch!
Furthermore, the most outrageous issue concerns labor and health insurance. The boss’s wife made excuses, claiming that employees did not want to enroll in labor and health insurance, resulting in employees not actually being enrolled from the first day of employment. Truly outrageous!!!!
There is no overtime pay, and there is no time clock or punch card to protect you by documenting your working hours. It is entirely up to the boss’s wife to record your attendance.
When notifying employees of dismissal, they even informed them on the same day without complying with the Labor Standards Act~
If you want to work here, be prepared to assess the situation carefully.
