They use one person as five, luring interviewees in and then pressuring them to do other tasks. The actual job is completely different from what was described in the interview. Everyone only thinks about currying favor with the old boss. One person does the work while 20 people watch you. The boss’s favorite saying is: “I hire people to make money, not to do work.”
You get scolded when you do well, and you get scolded when you do poorly. Some people work until 10 p.m. every day and use video calls to talk with their wives and children. The workload is unevenly distributed. There are many narrow-minded people who think they know everything. Don’t be fooled by the company’s polished appearance.
