No advantages
The company has a very high turnover rate. In every department, there is a favorite employee of the manager, and that person keeps receiving huge pay raises while everyone else gets nothing. The work environment is poor—very dirty and disorderly. It is a typical case of taking care of senior employees, while younger newcomers do not stay long because the salary increases are all given to the senior employees. Newcomers receive no benefits whatsoever. In the long run, this is not a company where one can stay for long. The conditions or salary promised during the interview are all lies; the purpose is simply to trick you into joining first to fill the position, and then deal with the rest later.
