The interview took place at the company headquarters, where I had to exchange my ID for an access pass.

The current HR representative is a young woman who speaks softly.

Upon arrival, I first completed graphic and numerical tests, as well as a personality self-assessment.

The software manager who conducted the interview had already been with the company for eight years. After I introduced myself, the manager gave a very clear explanation of the company’s current situation.

The interview later became somewhat casual, but the manager did not have the authority to discuss salary.

The HR representative then came in to talk. It started with casual conversation, and she confirmed that she would call a week later to discuss the salary. If I did not receive any message, it would of course mean that I had not been selected. However, after chatting more with her, she said I could proactively ask her about the result through the job-search platform.

The company’s interior décor is rather outdated.
