Pros

Coming back to leave a comment several years after resigning—there probably aren't any advantages. It would be best if the company went bankrupt.

Cons

1. A textbook exploitative boss: emotionally unstable, yelling at one employee every day, rapidly being left behind by the times, and not very good at using computers, but always blaming the employees first. No matter what happens, it is always their fault.

2. The boss once used Google Translate to check a translation and said that the Japanese translation was incorrect.

3. Because everyone does not want to be yelled at by the boss, they screenshot and expose each other's conversations. Some employees from other countries had also harbored resentment for a long time and did things detrimental to the company after resigning.

4. No overtime pay, but there is so much work that it is difficult not to work overtime.

5. The environment is dirty and messy, and no one takes the initiative to sweep the floor. Cockroaches appear.

6. Manager Qiao-Yu Wang is someone who says one thing to one person and another thing to another, and will always sell out others to protect herself. Because the boss often scolds her, her emotions are also unstable. Like the boss, she is somewhat self-important, but it feels as though she has never worked at a sizable company and therefore has no systematic way of thinking. She always uses very stupid methods to do things, then says others are wrong and rolls her eyes, not realizing that she is the stupid one.

7. When the computer breaks, there is no way to repair it. If you suggest having it fixed, they say, “This was lent to us by my friend’s company—how can we ask my friend to do work for us?”

8. The boss handles business development herself but never shares any information brought back from clients. She only tells employees to do things and then tells them to follow up on their own. However, if you do not understand the background, anything you ask is wrong. Asking the boss proactively will definitely get you scolded, and asking the client will also definitely get you scolded. It is extremely difficult and bewildering to get anything done.

9. It is a family business (although it has fewer than 10 employees), and people are wary of who is whose relative, so they dare not say much.

10. Employees are forced to use fake Photoshop certification certificates to deceive clients, and often have to lie to shift responsibility. Clients do not really trust the company.

11. The boss has abnormal views, believing that people who contract Wuhan pneumonia die because their bodies are inherently weak. After returning from abroad, she even wanted to evade quarantine.

12. The boss is always rushing about something, thinking everything is simple, without realizing that she cannot do it herself either. She is so impatient that it seems as though she wants to get into the coffin sooner, causing resentment among business partners and employees. But because of her aggressive presence, no one confronts her.

13. She once lost control of her emotions, shouting into the phone and throwing things around the office. At the time, I was already too tired to deal with her and left the phone on the desk, but she still had to confirm that I was listening to her lose control.

14. The boss calls before work and during lunch breaks, telling you to do things immediately, making it difficult to have a full lunch break.

15. The boss expresses herself poorly and sometimes speaks unclearly. Asking questions will get you scolded, but this is really her own problem.

16. Except when she is in a good mood, the boss yells at people. Talking to her is always nerve-racking.

17. Because of excessive stress, I had a cold that did not get better for two whole months. She would become unhappy if you took two consecutive days off.

18. She attempted to underreport labor and health insurance contributions, which is illegal.

19. A small company with fewer than 10 employees, yet information still does not circulate. We cannot clearly answer whatever clients ask. There is no group chat, and every day we have to repeat the same thing.

20. Employees are forced to say, “I am Chinese.”

21. She has her own logic and believes she is always right, refusing to accept any other viewpoints.

22. Even the Japanese teacher from Indonesia was constantly interrupted while teaching and told to do administrative work, showing just how disrespectful she is toward employees.

This company really was my nightmare... I resigned several years ago, yet I am still this angry. I hope no one else becomes a victim.
