Pros
The supervisor is kind and will keep chatting with you.
You get coffee vouchers every month to buy coffee.
The senior executive is Japanese; Coretronic has acquired Lextar.
Cons
The lobby reception staff have a very poor attitude.
The salary review process has to go through the headquarters in Miaoli, so it takes a long time.
The business is not doing very well. The year-end bonus is not fixed, and you may receive less than one month’s salary.
It has been acquired by Coretronic; Japanese companies are notorious for having poor benefits.
