The company benefits are good, and the boss is genuinely kind and places great importance on employees. The benefits are excellent.
Choose your department carefully. Managers are frequently transferred around. The boss is fairly good, but unfortunately there is a second-level manager underneath who is self-important yet incompetent. They often give incorrect instructions for the poor employees below them to carry out, and then refuse to take responsibility. The atmosphere in the entire department is extremely bad. The manager also argues with people from other departments; meetings are not really meetings at all, but constant shouting matches. This makes cross-department communication very awkward for the people below them. Everything is done according to this manager’s emotions. As long as you can argue and fight, you can survive in this department. Having someone with extremely poor emotional management in a managerial position is a recipe for disaster. Not long after taking office, several people had already left because of them, as it was completely impossible to stay. The work atmosphere is truly very bleak. No amount of benefits can make up for someone with such poor emotional intelligence.
