Pros
The interview process was very pleasant, and the interviewer was kind.
Cons
The salary includes a perfect attendance bonus, which makes up a fairly large portion of it.
However, this was not clearly stated on 104.
It was not mentioned during the interview either, and being late results in a deduction from the base salary.
In other words, being late once means losing the NT$3,000 perfect attendance bonus and having an additional amount deducted from the salary (I don't know whether this is legal).
