Pros
The interview was very relaxed and the conversation went smoothly. The owner and his wife were both very talkative. They value efficiency, and all the employees at the small company are very dedicated. The work is not difficult.
Cons
Like other small companies in terms of scale, it is not suitable for those who want to work for a large company.
