1. Basically complies with the Labor Standards Act
2. Meals provided (lunch + dinner when working overtime)
3. One and a half hours of lunch break
4. Working hours: 8:30–6:00
5. The maintenance work area is air-conditioned

1. A perfect-attendance bonus of NT$1,200 is provided, but you must arrive at the company at 8:20 every day to clock in and listen to the company's morning lecture
2. The salary does not match the salary listed on Slave Bank (Slave Bank: starting at NT$28,000; on-site position; Labor Standards Act basic wage)
3. On average, overtime is required about 2–3 days per week, with an average of 2–3 extra hours per day. Overtime is routine (overtime pay is not necessarily provided)
4. The work is extremely strenuous. There are risks such as air pollution, oil contamination, being sued, and injury, which you must bear yourself
5. The turnover rate is extremely high; there is often a shortage of staff
6. Performance requirements are high
