HR’s function is to flatter the top boss and pass along prayers, while interfering with the management of every department under the guise of being above and independent of all departments, then criticizing each department from the perspective of an outsider.

The company’s products are difficult to bring to market, which may be related to the boss’s perfectionism. They keep circling around the same things and getting stuck on the same specifications.
