1. You need relevant work experience to possibly earn 45K. The 45K–65K range is only used to attract people to interviews.
2. It is recommended that only people who are very meticulous and patient take this position, because the products are very, very small and must be magnified using a light projector.
3. You need to use your own car. The company does not provide a company vehicle; mileage is reimbursed based on the distance.
