1. Each person's workstation has a traffic-light device connected to their computer. You are required to press it when leaving your seat, attending a meeting, or going to the restroom. If someone leaves their seat without pressing it, someone else may press it to lock the workstation, after which the person may be reprimanded or warned.

2. Whenever senior management takes a dislike to someone, they engage in verbal bullying and personal attacks, then demand that the person write a self-reflection report. They have the final say on right and wrong, creating a terrible work environment.

3. They do not respect professional expertise; people from outside the field manage those who know it, pretend to understand what they do not, and believe that whoever pays the salary has the greatest authority and can do whatever they want. When the results are poor, they blame the employees.

Not an environment where job seekers are recommended to report for work. Overall, it is extremely authoritarian. Managers only act according to the owner's wishes, operating as a Taiwanese company under the name of a fake American company, with no prospects for long-term development.
