Pros
The boss doesn’t interfere much, so you can discuss things with him.
Cons
1. Work 24 days a month for a monthly salary of 24,000 (sales, assembly workers, administration)
2. You must choose two Saturdays each month to work; not coming to work is considered an absence without leave
3. The boss is very stingy
4. The quotes for sales projects are very high, making it difficult to win contracts
