On the day of the interview, I was shocked as soon as I entered the company! The office space was huge, and I suddenly felt very small (I really was very small). The environment was clean and comfortable, and the windows beside it offered an outdoor view. This is really important! When you can’t get your work done, looking at the sky outside can make you feel much better, and you might even come up with a solution. I really like this kind of environment.

As for the interview, the manager initially asked basic questions, such as the reason for leaving my previous job, why I wanted to take on this position, my career plans, and examples of successful and unsuccessful projects.

After I finished talking about the unsuccessful project, the manager paused for a moment and briefly pointed out the problem. They explained what could be done if I encountered a similar situation again, so that it would not fail—or at least reduce the likelihood of failure. This left a strong impression on me, as it is relatively uncommon for a manager to directly explain during an interview what would be a better way to handle things.

Regarding company benefits, they mentioned flexible working hours, no overtime unless necessary, as well as occasional company gatherings and gifts. Overall, I had a good impression and hope to be hired. I am currently waiting for the result.

Food is a bit inconvenient. I usually eat out, and it is quite a long walk to places to eat, so I may have to walk quite often to buy food.
