The salary listed on the job bank is very high, but in reality they absolutely cannot afford to pay it. It would be bad enough if they merely lured people into interviews, but they also require applicants to prepare presentations and write proposals for the company (uh, we’re still only at the interview stage). After extracting other people’s ideas, they then start cutting the salary, apparently treating all interviewees as suckers who provide ideas for free. The job bank listing still advertises a very high salary to lure people into interviews, but in reality they simply cannot offer it.
