△ The company gets some pretty challenging projects. Working on them should be fulfilling, but that assumes you have time to do them.

△ There are people inside who may not be suited to their positions but are still very comfortable doing them. Does that count as a benefit?

In the end, anyone can say nice things; what matters is how that person actually behaves afterward.
