Overtime pay is okay.
Lunch is ordered for employees.
Black tea is always available.
Sometimes there is milk tea or fruit tea.
If your performance is okay, the year-end bonus is okay too, and it is paid immediately in new banknotes and cash.
Orders are all concentrated around the same period.
For example, an order received on 2/1 may be negotiated for shipment on 3/1.
You might think there is still a month, so you can schedule it later,
but then more and more orders are negotiated for shipment on 3/1.
For example: 2/7, 2/10, 2/12, 2/15, 2/16, 2/18, 2/21, 2/25,
and even orders on 2/27 are shipped on 3/1.
Therefore, overtime has to be scheduled later on.
So whenever there is an opportunity, production and packing have to be done as quickly as possible.
There is also constant overtime before popular long holidays,
because many food-service businesses place a lot of orders during the preceding week.
Tea leaves also require some production time.
If there are other people at home who can take care of everything,
you may want to consider this job because the company is short-staffed.
Basically, there will not be a lack of work or overtime.
However, if you have family matters to attend to, consider it carefully.
P.S.
There are still times when you have to carry tea and finished products.
You should be able to lift at least 20–30 kg.
There will be tea dust in the air,
so people allergic to dust should also take this into consideration.
