I can't think of any for now
1. When interviewers are asked about topics they are not familiar with, they respond, "Your logic is incorrect."
2. The job requirements state that candidates should know how to write C-family languages, but the interview tests system architecture.
3. The questions are not rigorous. For example, a function uses call-by-reference to pass an array without specifying its length, and the interviewer assumes that what the candidate passes will definitely be a string.
4. The written test focuses on syntactic correctness. You cannot use an IDE to write code or look things up online.
5. It feels like they are only going through the motions because they were assigned to conduct the interview.
